Splendid Antiques is delighted to offer this extremely rare and highly sought after Guiseppe Scapinelli Parquetry Jacaranda (Brazilan Rosewood) extending dining table and six matching chairs designed by the Italian born Brazilian Architect and Designer Giuseppe Scapinelli (1891 - 1982) Sao Paulo, Brazil, 1950s, the rectangular extending pull apart table top with chequered Jacaranda parquet finish with hidden flip up and over extension to the underside of the table top, matched with six rosewood chairs in original geometric pattern fabric in reds and greens, the legs with stunning tapered legs.

Please note:  We also have the matching credenza, this set has never been to market and is one owner from new, extremely rare to find the entire suite.

Condition: in good original  vintage condition, age related wear, the sideboard doors and drawers all open and close smoothly, no odours or smells.
