Magnificent antique William VI Reclining Mahogany & Leather Library Armchair early 19th century England circa 1835, the chair with its beautiful brown buttoned leather upholstery finished with brass stud detail, the chair having a sprung loaded back enabling you to recline with ease when seated the reclining action is operated from a button along the righthand side rail with a simple push action, with open scroll arms with turned supports and padded stuff over arm rests, the Mahogany carved frame raised on turned front legs with brass rolling castors, the chair shows wonderful character and age through the years of good use with a good rich patina to both the leather and mahogany, a very comfortable chair that would grace any library or lounge, reserve now
