Exceptional and rare sculptural Scandia rio rosewood slatted lounge chair Norway circa1970, designed by Hans Brattrud for Georg Eknes, on a revolving stand, labelled 'Georg Eknes Metallinoustri Ejknesvag Bergen', the chair swivels and reclines smoothly, the star base is offset with rosewood detail, this chair will be the centre point of any room, a true mid century classic, with recovered cushions in Sanderson linen, Rio rosewood by Hans Brattrud for Norwegian maker Georg Eknes.
Condition: The chair is offered in excellent condition, age related wear, has no tears or rips, no odours or smells.
