A beautiful large and imposing 19th Century antique solid oak refectory dining table circa 1890, rectangular top with a three plank and cleated ends, raised on turned supports united by wide H stretcher on bulbous turned legs, married with eight 17th century style dining chairs including two carvers finished in brown upholstery with copper stud work, the table top does comes off making moving easier, this is a real statement piece that will be certainly the highlight of any room, looks truly amazing.
Please note: This is an extremely heavy table that will require two to three strong people to move into place.
Condition report: The table is offered in excellent condition and is aged beautifully with a wonderful patina, the table top consists of a three plank top, the base has age related knocks, splits and marks as to be expected of a table this age, the chairs are all recently upholstered and offered in excellent condition, there are no weakness to the joints or stains to the seats, there are no signs of past or present infestations or woodworm and the set is offered in superb condition.
