A magnificent large and imposing antique Victorian scumbled pine housekeepers cupboard circa 1890, late 19th century, possibly by Heals, the surface scumbled to simulate satinwood, The overhanging cornice above three panelled cupboard doors, with six lined shelves within, over the lower section with six lined drawers each with turned knob handles, raised on a plinth base, comes with four working keys to all drawers and doors and four non working decorative keys.
Condition: Offered in good antique condition, with minor age related chips, marks and stains, the piece separates into four sections making moving easier, four of the keys shown in the images are non working and the other four keys work, there is no evidence of past or present woodworm, the paintwork is scuffed in areas with minor knocks and chips, all doors and drawers open and close smoothly, there are no smell or odours.
